1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Gowraj website (gowraj.com), operated by ESSJAY BIOTECH, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our website, you represent that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

3. Products and Pricing

• All products are subject to availability
• We reserve the right to limit quantities per order
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Product images are for illustration purposes; actual products may vary slightly
• We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that product descriptions are error-free

4. Orders and Payment

• Order confirmation is subject to payment verification and stock availability.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or unserviceable PIN codes. Any amount already charged will be fully refunded to the original payment method.
• All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) through our authorized payment gateway partner Razorpay Payment Gateway, which is PCI-DSS compliant. Supported instruments include UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and selected wallets.
• Card, UPI, and net-banking credentials are entered directly on Razorpay's secure pages and are never stored on Gowraj servers.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select PIN codes and may carry a nominal handling fee displayed at checkout.
• You are responsible for all charges, GST, and any statutory fees associated with your order.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you dispute a charge, please contact us at [email protected] before raising a chargeback with your bank or card network. Most issues — delayed delivery, damage, wrong item — are resolved more quickly through direct support than through the chargeback process.

If a chargeback is initiated, we will cooperate with Razorpay and the acquiring bank by supplying order details, delivery evidence, and customer communication. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks (for orders that were delivered and not returned in good faith) may result in account suspension and legal recovery action.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship across India through trusted logistics partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post.
• Delivery times are estimates — typically 2–4 business days for metros and 4–7 for the rest of India, post-dispatch.
• Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999; orders below this value carry a flat PIN-based shipping fee displayed at checkout.
• You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number.
• Failed deliveries due to incorrect address or repeated unavailability may incur re-shipment charges.

We guarantee that our A2 Gir Cow Ghee is:

• Made from 100% pure A2 Gir Cow milk
• Prepared using traditional Bilona method with Neem wood
• Free from preservatives and additives
• Produced at our 72-acre organic farm in Rajapur

If you are not satisfied with the quality, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, images, graphics, and software, is the property of ESSJAY BIOTECH. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

10. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations

11. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our website for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
• Submit false or misleading information
• Resell our products without authorization
• Use automated systems to access our website

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ESSJAY BIOTECH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ESSJAY BIOTECH, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of our services.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Telangana, India.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
